What do I get with membership?

What happens in the free lesson?

Study the actual Acute Breathlessness visual, press Done and recall a connection with the source hidden. Answer two targeted questions, check both answers, then compare with the source and read Spence Summary. The demo does not require an account, email or card.

Is my recall automatically graded?

The A–D choices are marked automatically. Your spoken, written or mental explanation is self-checked against the original and source answer. The recall rating records your own comparison; it does not certify mastery or clinical competence.

When does Spence Summary appear?

After your recall attempt and the two questions. The slide-specific summary highlights 3–5 key points after you have tried retrieval.

What happens after I pay?

Payhip manages checkout and billing. Create your learner account using the same email as your purchase, confirm it when requested and sign in. If access does not appear, use Check access again or contact support. Your purchase and learner sign-in are separate accounts.

Can I use it on a phone?

The study viewer includes zoom and reading controls. Recall and questions use a dedicated workspace. You can try the free lesson on your own phone before choosing membership.

How are clinical corrections handled?

Required clinical updates accompany the original artwork during Study. They are separate from the post-test Spence Summary. Read our content and corrections policy.
